Delete Your WrenEV Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you decide to delete your WrenEV account, please be aware that this action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your account data, including charging history and payment information, will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Follow the steps below to delete your WrenEV account:
Sign In:
Navigate to the WrenEV app or website and log in to your account with your credentials.
Access Account Information:
Once logged in, navigate to your 'Profile' by tapping on your avatar or name, usually located in the top right corner of the app. From there, select 'Account Information' to view and manage your personal details and account settings.
Submit Deletion Request:
Tap on the "Menu" icon (represented by three horizontal lines or dots) situated at the top right corner of the app.
Among the options presented, locate and select 'Delete Account'.
A warning message will appear on your screen to confirm your understanding of the irreversible nature of this action. Take a moment to read this message carefully.
If you decide to proceed, tap on "Confirm" to finalize the deletion of your account. Please be aware that this action will permanently erase all your account data, and it cannot be undone or recovered.
Account Deletion Completion:
After the confirmation step, your account will be permanently deleted. You will receive a final email confirming the deletion of your account.
After Deletion:
Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access any WrenEV services with that account.
If you wish to use WrenEV services in the future, you will need to create a new account.
