You can permanently delete your account at any time. Please note that this action is irreversible.

How to delete your account

1- Log in to your account.

2- Go to Profile.

3- Open Account Information.

4- Select the Menu Icon.

5- Select Delete Account.

6- Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed:

Your account will be permanently deleted.

All personal data associated with your account will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You will no longer be able to access the app or website using this account.

Important notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Any active subscriptions must be cancelled before deleting your account.

If you have pending transactions or balances, please resolve them first.
